Hello! Welcome to my blog, Busy Fitness! I'm really excited about this new endeavor in my life. I'm in between semesters right now, and have a bit (a lot) of extra time on my hands. I considered finding a seasonal job to keep me busy (and bring in a little extra $$), but I've decided to embrace this new found freedom. I'm planning on reading (which I love), cleaning (which I hate), baking (which I'm no good at), and writing this blog (which I seem to have a knack for!). Most importantly, however, I'm going to be helping you become the best you can be and to feel better in your own skin by providing tips on health and fitness. Just as a disclaimer, I am not a certified personal trainer (PT) or nutritionist; however, I have a love for health and fitness and will be using the world wide web and other resources in lack of my know-how. So, that being said, I hope you find my blog helpful!
I know how busy life can be. I'm not only a student but also a licensed cosmetologist, daughter, sister, friend, and girlfriend, who has a life (or at least claims to). Trying to squeeze exercise into the mix can be really difficult. My mission is to help make your life easier by creating a mixture of exercises that you can do in the comfort of your own home, the outdoors, or at a gym. Some workouts will require equipment: such as, dumbbells, bands, pull up bar, mat, yoga blocks, etc; however, I will make sure to also create workouts without any equipment. My workouts will range from 10-60 minutes so as to accommodate any lifestyle. A lot of the moves I use will most likely come through other workout blogs or YouTube videos that I find helpful. I will make sure to provide their information and give the deserved credit to those individuals.
Please follow me on the blog, post comments, and ask me questions! I will do my best to answer anything, according to my knowledge, and to give you what you want. Thanks! Lets get started!
